Versatile Brahmanandam to play Chitragupta once again after 20 years

Brahmanandam Kanneganti was born on 1 February 1956 in Sattenapalli, Andhra Pradesh. Before he started acting in movies, he did MA in Telugu and was working as a Telugu lecturer in a town known as Attili in Andhra Pradesh. Currently, he is one of the most famous actors and comedians who hold a Guinness World Record for appearing in more than 1000 movies as a living actor. Brahmanandam was introduced to Telugu Movie industry by Jandhyala in the movie ‘Chantabbayi’. He is considered as the greatest comedian in the Telugu film Industry,

Brahmanandam has been showered with many prestigious awards. He has been bestowed with fourth highest civilian honor the ‘Padma Sri Award’, for his significant contribution to Indian Movie Industry in 2009. Some of the famous movies in which Brahmanandam has performed are Dookudu, Brindavanam, Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu, Jaffa, Kick, Aha Pellanta, Daruvu and many others.

Brahmanandam is recognized as probably the most resilient Indian amusing artists, recognized especially for his hilarious expressions. Presently, Brahmanandam has been roped to act in Yamaleela 2. He is playing the role of Chitragupta in Yamaleela 2. This is a sequel to one of Tollywood’s most striking and blockbuster movie Yamaleela which was directed by S V Krishna Reddy in 1994. 

Brahmanandam played the role of Chitragupta in Yamaleela. Now, after a long gap of 20 years, he has been assigned to take over the same role due to his hilarious facial expressions and versatile acting skills. Some sources said that, he was recently found shooting in Ramanaidu Studios for Yamaleela 2.

Diah Nicolas is a model-turned-actress who aspires to rock the South Indian cine scene with her acting abilities.

Sources reveal that the South African sensation will don a typical Telugu girl looks in the upcoming movie. It will be interesting to see how Diah Nicolas justifies the role of an Indian girl. If sources are to be believed, there are rumors that Diah Nicolas will have a new Indian name after this movie.
